Paul has 38 years’ experience in the hairdressing and barbering industry and was classically trained in all aspects at London School of Fashion. His passion for the industry still sees him working a chair most weekends.

Employing apprentices in his own salons encouraged a career move into education, eventually becoming an area manager within an FE College, gaining experience of blended learning curriculum design using e-learning, e-assessment and e-portfolios.

Along the way, Paul has studied various business and educational qualifications whilst also training and working as a World Skills judge. He is also a member of the Society for Education and Hairdressing Council.
