Lee comes with extensive experience from the Further Education sector, having worked with a number of curriculum areas including Sport, Hair and Beauty, and Early Years, to name a few. Lee is currently the Director of Service Industries and Science at Suffolk New College, where he leads a large team across multiple sectors, supporting young people to gain valuable qualifications and meaningful experiences enabling them to progress into Higher Education and employment. Lee has an excellent reputation for working with employers and stakeholders to ensure that the educational offer meets the workforce needs and creates exciting and relevant programmes of study for the region.

In his spare time, Lee is a keen Cricket and football player and coach, where he continues to support and work with amateur and professional athletes.
