James has been working in education for nearly 15 years, starting in 2006 leading the In2Work team in Hammersmith which helped to upskill Notting Hill residents and other West London inhabitants in various work-focused programmes

He moved into Apprenticeships in 2011, working with level 3 IT students at CONEL in North London. In January 2019 he accepted a position at VTCT as a Business Development Manager leading to his current role as Relationship Manager.

Outside of work James is a music geek, rare sneaker collector, football, boxing and MMA fan, car and travel enthusiast.
