iTEC can produce and send replacement certificates for all qualifications achieved with iTEC.

To order a replacement certificate please call us on +44 (0) 23 8068 4500.

  • For certificates issued post-2000 the fee is £37.50 per certificate
  • For certificates issued pre-2000 the fee is £37.50 per certificate + an additional £25.50 non-refundable search fee (the search fee is only charged once per order)

For certificates issued pre-2000 you must be able to provide the following information in addition to your name, date of birth and name of the qualification(s)

  • Year of completion
  • Name of training provider

Replacement certificates for qualifications achieved after 2000 to the present day will take a minimum of 10 working days to process and dispatch. Replacement certificates for qualifications achieved prior to 2000 can take up to 30 working days to process and dispatch, depending on the completeness of information supplied.
