Yes, there are no restrictions to accessing on-demand theory exams, however, you must apply by using the new V1 adaption form.
The arrangements for VRQs will be confirmed once the proposed VCRF consultation has been completed and Ofqual has responded which will be near the end of March. We will then be able to give further updates on this. For now, you should continue with the current guidelines.

Ofqual are proposing that the new VCRF will replace the ERF and E-ERF in most cases.
The centre will need to follow the local advice and guidance for that area.
