Before joining VTCT as CCO in 2017, Marcus has held UK Board Director and Senior International Leadership positions with large multi-national organisations in the Big Data and Telecommunications markets.

An agile leader with a coaching style, Marcus has successfully delivered year on year growth and repositioned companies actions to be customer centric. Having completed an MBA at the University of Kent, where he explored the ‘Challenges of leadership on sustainability’, he continues to strongly believe in the value of investing in people.

Married to Lucinda, they have two teenage children and are all highly competitive, sporty, creative and academic individuals. Marcus has consequently realised that negotiation and flexibility are key to success!
