Online Enrolment

Online enrolment allows ITEC Colleges to enrol students online, as an alternative to using the paper Enrolment Form.

This speeds up the process, and allows you to ensure that the names of your students are entered correctly.

If you have not yet received your password and would like to use the online enrolment system, or have any other questions, please email onlineenrol@itecworld.co.uk. When you have your password, proceed to the Bookings list.

Notes

The system allows you to add up to 10 students before saving (OK button). After saving, the grid allows another 10 students to be entered.

Alternatively, there is also a plain text import function, which can be used to transfer student data in bulk (no limit on number of students). The format of each line is Firstname,Lastname,Reference,BirthDate,EthnicCode,Sex,TheoryGroup,Notes. For example: John,Smith,D8876,05/06/58,1,M,1,Resit

The Theory Group column is used where a large number students taking the same theory unit(s) are split into groups for theory exams on different dates. As each group will need a different theory paper, this should be avoided unless the number of students is so large that it is impractical for them to take the theory exam together.

Bookings are still made using the Examination Booking Form. In future a facility to make bookings online may be added.
